Delivery Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are confirmed and processed within 24 hours.
- Delivery Time: 1-2 days inside Dhaka, and 3-5 days outside Dhaka.
- Shipping Cost: ৳60 for inside Dhaka, ৳120 for outside Dhaka.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available all over Bangladesh. (Advance delivery charge may be required for outside Dhaka).
Return & Refund
- Return Window: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any transit damage or missing items.
- How to Return: Contact our WhatsApp support with your order number and unboxing video to initiate the return process.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via bKash/Nagad within 3-5 working days.
